Sub-committee May Be Constituted
9. Sub-committee may be constituted:
(1) The committee may constitute Sub-committee in order to carry out special nature of work; comprising of one or more members as per the necessity.
(2) The functions, duties, rights and facilities of the Subcommittee formed pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by Committee.
